It seems like Tecmo Koei and Team Ninja are looking to push the envelope a bit further with Dead or Alive 5 Ultimate.

A cryptic tweet was posted to their official Twitter account, showing (featured above) what looks to be either Ayane, or Yoshimitsu. If you look really close, you can see that it’s actually a person wearing a Tengu mask, and that person also has purple hair.

The tweet was also posted with the hashtag “#DOA5UA,” which clearly points towards the game getting a new version that starts with the letter A. Perhaps we’re in store for an Arcade Edition of Dead or Alive 5 Ultimate?
