At the annual Game Developer’s Conference, the Game Developer Choice Awards were held, where Ken Kutaragi, known to some as Crazy Ken, or the Father of Playstation, and the former chairman and CEO of Sony Computer Entertainment, was honored with the Lifetime Achievement Award, to celebrate is massive contributions to the game industry.

To further commemorate his achievements and this awesome bestowing of such an award, Kutaragi teamed up with Mega64, the wild and crazy Youtubers who are known for doing “real life” versions of video games, as well as some absolutely insane cameo videos with famous developers.

You can watch the chronicles of a young Ken Kutaragi, or as they titled it, “Kutaragi’s Way,” below:

As expected, it’s a pretty awesome and fantastic vision of what a younger Kutaragi could have been like in the late 80s and early 90s trying to get Nintendo to sign on with disc based technology, only to famously decline, thus making Sony turn to making the console that would be later known as the Playstation.

Or, you know, crazy Ken could have gotten into fights with Nintendo street thugs, have a Playstation One prototype set on fire, and subsequently kill a Sega Dreamcast fan, despite that console not coming out for nearly a decade. Regardless, you guys have to watch the above video, it’s quite a laugh.
